Cecilia is an arrogant, brash teenager, with a hot-blooded attitude. She normally displayed either a scowl or menacing smirk on her face. She also has the tendency to use language that is often uncouth or inappropriate. Although, if compared to the other sisters of Noir et Blanc, she considered herself as the softest. Cecilia is also vengeful, seen by how she bore deep grudges against Nemesis for killing her brother. After joining Noir et Blanc, she became far less ill-tempered, obnoxious and arrogant, and even developed a rational, approachable way of speaking. Cecilia also grew on having a sense of concern, as well as the instinct to protect her subordinates.

After she joins Noir et Blanc, she develops a happier demeanor. Kansha is a little nicer and can be considered more bearable than most of the other Noir et Blanc members. She is warm and pleasant. She cares deeply for Noir et Blanc and its members. She would even sacrifice herself for them, even though she knows that it will cause her harm. Once she trusts a person, she will do anything for them and protect them at all costs.

Although Naomi prefers to stay out of other peopleโs personal affairs, she has strong morals and dedication to those precious to her. To protect her friends, she would be willing to face any sort of danger for them.

She is often seen with a friendly smile, though she is known to tear people down with her words.

Kara comes off as a nice, kind, gentle person but she is actually a cold merciless killer. She is a person set strict that are only broken when her secret is threatened. Like a lot of serial killers, she doesn't keep close ties to people unless itโs Anastasia. Kara is also very methodical selecting her victims and baiting them with herself. She is a mostly unrepentant killer. She's perfectly capable of killing anybody she feels like. She also has some pretty messed up views on life and death. She believes that if living and dying are equivalent, then killing must be the same. Although she often undercuts it by admitting she "doesn't really know why she does it".

Noir et Blanc is an organization found by Anastasia. The lady made it out of hatred, with itโs purpose being batshit crazyโto take down one of the most influental gang in the world, Nemesis.
Apparently, Nemesis was another mafia gang led by Anastasiaโs father.
Call it childish but Ana wanted nothing more than to smash her fatherโs head open for abandoning her and deeming her of low quality.
She wanted to show him she can lead an organization and thus she made it.
With the help of another abandoned soul, Naomi, they became rich in just one night. They made it into the headlines for being the two ladies who robbed the bank and gave a big middle finger to the cctv.
They didnโt stop there, in fact, it was just the beginning. Talking of crazy, they decided to scout probably the most insane person.
Interesting, was what Anaโs opinion and Kara was in. The lady was a previous serial killer who killed for no reason. She obeyed no law but at the sight of her beloved cousin, she decided to settle down.
The three never had a rest, they appeared on the news headlines over and over.
It caught the interest of a certain psychology major fresh graduate, Jooyeon. The genius child was bored out of her mind and joining the three ladies seemed, fun. She made quite the fuss by herself, torturing a news anchor and hypnotized her to announce over the national TV that sheโs looking for the three.
And Naomi did exactly what Jooyeon had wanted her to do, to find her. Naomi did it very easily, since well sheโs the other genius of logicโs side.
Three became four and an idea crossed Anaโs mind to just scout more women. How fun would that be? To have a squad full of nasty, society-rejected people.
The first one she directly approached was a meek lady named Kansha. Her father was previously a famous sniper before he died in shame, having to face the death sentence at court.
As the child of a criminal, society rejected her and lots of the criminal sneered at her. She faced them all, and no one would think she would be the ace, much better than her own dad at guns. But Anastasia was an exception.
The group of 4 quickly became 6 over the night when two ladies, Hanna and Eunseo became a part of the family. Funny, they were previously chasing at them and now theyโre facing each other, ready to become partners.
What happened? Justice was never properly served, it was merely an idea. Eunseo was someone who held Justice as her own pride, she was serving her years as a good police along with Hanna, someone sheโs befriended for over half of her life years. But the government isnt always clean, theyโd rather pocket a big amount of cash than deal with injustice. For someone to pry with no big status such as Eunseo? She was immediately kicked out of the department.
Jooyeon found it amusing, yes, she had been eyeing Eunseo from the beginning because she had expected this to happen. Over a cup of coffee, Jooyeon talked about the matter with Eunseo whoโs struggling with money to pay her motherโ treatment bills.
With her smart mouth and fake empathy, she had won the poor ladyโs heart and Eunseo was in.
Hanna, you asked? Sheโs another one who had a view of nihilistic over the world. She had no interest in anything, though Eunseo is an exception. Sheโs capable of anything if she put her mind in it but she can never be predicted.
Cunning, sheโs too cunning. When she said sheโd follow Eunseo, Jooyeon doubted her since she knew of her fake front but nonetheless decided to let her in.
Amidst all of the recruiting happening, another person was actually planning for death, Anaโs. The reckless kid was none other than Cecilia. The girl is a genius in the medic section but sheโs a bit weird in the head, sheโs addicted to experiments. Weird ones. She adopted the trait from her dead brother who was killed by Nemesis.
Wanting revenge, she decided to kill the loved one of Nemesisโs leader. That is, Anastasia, being the sole daugher. How wrong was she, though, not knowing it was actually the opposite of what she had imagined.
On her surprise attack, of course she got caught by the ever so cautious Naomi. This time, the leader went out herself. She was amused by the younger girlโs wild nature.
Getting Cecilia in was quite hard, the girl has temper and her mind is as solid as a rock. Ana didnt give up and in the end, pulled out her ace card. It was a threat to make a phonecall to the authority, and as ironic as it sounds, it worked.
The group seemed perfect with everyone having their roles but the leader couldnโt help but feel like somethingโs missing. This time, the rather quiet companion, Naomi, voiced out her opinion.
A con artist, someone whoโs witty and crazy enough to blend in into the enemyโs field.
Anastasia knew of one who would perfectly suit the role, it is no other than Mila, an old acquintance. Her fatherโs business went bankrupt recently and Ana knew perfectly well how to recruit her.
The lady was a fan of luxurious life, she was utterly devastated with it being taken away. She also had to take care of her little siblings with her parents being out of the picture. When offered a big amount of cash, she was immediately in.
Thus, the tale of the nine bloody girls began.

An abrupt war between Noir et Blanc against Nemesis was not carefully planned due to the kidnapping of Mia, a former spy of Noir et Blanc.
The girls charged with mainly brute force and pure anger and the battle ended with large amount of loss on both sides, Nemesis lost more or less a half of their members and Noir et Blancโthey were left with only two alive.
Kara and Cecilia. Both of them tried their best to make sure of everyoneโs survival but when it grew quiet, no one else had contacted each other except for the two.
The truth remains unsolved whether all the remaining members are still alive or worse, dead.
Both of them then proceed to recruit new members with the same mindset, that is to destroy Nemesis and to hopefully rescue any members that might still be alive.
